The St. Tammany Parish, 4th Ward, Justice of the Peace – Susan T. Leonard’s Office Is Located Just Down From the Mandeville Post Office, Right Off of the Causeway.
For directional purposes, if you are coming from the post office, our office is the second to last parking lot on the right side of the street. There is an off-white sign with a few business names on it, and you will see the names Northlake Title and Justice of the Peace in green on the sign.
If you are coming from the service road, our office is the 2nd parking lot on the left side of the road. There is an off-white sign with a few business names on it, and you will see the names Northlake Title and Justice of the Peace in green on the sign.
